waste management

Delivering energy from waste

The CJ Copenhagen waste-to-energy plants can be built in all sizes from 100 kg of waste per hour up to 1 million ton per year. 1 ton of biomass – including all kind of plastics can produce around 1 MW of electricity.

The waste management from CJ Copenhagen is different from other ways of waste management. As we all know waste is a big problem, polluting seas, lakes, rivers and the earth we are living on. The CJ Copenhagen system is relatively inexpensive and produce a lot of energy, without pollution. There are no big chimneys and you can build the plant in inhabited areas without any risk.

The big plants use an autoclave to process and sort the waste. The waste is sorted into glass, aluminium, metal, other non-burnable products and biomass. The metal, glass and aluminium can be sold for recycling. nlike traditional incineration plants there are NO slags, filters or other hazzardous waste which will have to be put in a safe depot. There will only be some glassified ashes which can be used for building bricks, coastal protection or road constructions. There is simply no waste when we treat the waste.

Convert waste to energy and you can recover 2/3 as CO2-neutral fuel
